氯氰菊酯对鲫鱼机体代谢损伤效应研究
Study of metabolizable damage in Carassius auratus caused by Cypermethrin
【摘要】 以鲫鱼为试验鱼类,采用室内人工水族箱培养法,研究氯氰菊酯对鲫鱼的急性毒性效应,并在此基础上研究不同浓度的氯氰菊酯对鲫鱼血清Na+,K+-ATPase、谷草转氨酶GOT和超氧化物歧化酶SOD活力的影响.结果表明,氯氰菊酯对鲫鱼的96 h LC50为20.74μg/L,属于剧毒物质.经2μg/L、5μg/L、10μg/L3个浓度组染毒处理4 d,鲫鱼血清中3种酶的活性相比对照组均发生了明显的变化.随着氯氰菊酯浓度的升高,GOT活性升高,SOD活性先升高后降低,Na+,K+-ATPase则迅速下降.以上现象表明低浓度的氯氰菊酯能够对鲫鱼机体代谢造成一定的损伤.
【Abstract】 In this paper,the acute toxicity of Cypermethrin on Carassius auratus and the changes of activities of serum Na+,K+-ATPase,GOT and SOD in Carassius auratus exposed to different concentrations of Cypermethrin were studied.It shows that the changes are significant and Cypermethrin is toxic on C.auratus.As Cypermethrin concentration rises,those enzyme activities show different changes.The GOT activity goes up while Na+,K+-ATPase activity goes down quickly.But SOD activity rises firstly and then down.All the changes imply that low Cypermethrin concentration can lead metabolizable damage to C.auratus which was widely taken as food by many people and those three kinds of enzyme could be used as the assessment parameter to pesticides.
