【摘要】 利用RAPD分子标记技术对12个玉米自交系进行了分析.通过11条随机引物对12个玉米自交系进行PCR扩增,根据得到的RAPD指纹图谱建立0、1型数据,采用NJ法进行聚类分析,得到亲缘关系图.结果表明:用RAPD标记建立的亲缘关系图与根据系谱来源分析得到的亲缘关系基本一致.更多还原

【Abstract】 12 maize inbred lines were analyzed utilizing RAPD technique. Based on the profiles established by PCR using 11 pairs of random primers,the 0/1 database was generated,and a dendrogram was constructed by adopting NJ method.The results showed that 6 clusters identified by RAPD markers confirmed the heterotic groups determined by their pedigree.更多还原
