金属Ca催化合成甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯
Using calcium as catalyst synthesized dimethyl aminoethyl methacrylate
【摘要】 用金属钙Ca作催化剂,N,N-二甲氨基乙醇和甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料,吩噻嗪为阻聚剂,以酯交换方法合成甲基丙烯酸二甲胺基乙酯.用红外光谱、核磁共振、气相色谱、质谱、元素分析对产物进行了表征;讨论了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应时间等对反应的影响;产物含量达98.6%,反应收率达到95.4%.
【Abstract】 Using calcium as catalyst,dimethyl aminoethanol and methyl acrylate as raw materials,phenothiazine as inhibitor,dimethyl aminoethyl acrylate was synthesized.The characterization and content of product were empolyed by FT-IR,1H NMR,GC,MS and elemental analysis.The effect of yield,such as the amount of catalyst,the ratio of the raw materials,and the reaction time,were investigated.The yield and purity of product could reach 95.4 % and 98.6 %,respectively.
