基于因子分析研究老年男性血红蛋白正常参考值的地理分布规律
The geography distributing rule of old men’s Hemoglobin reference values based on the factor analysis
【摘要】 为了揭示中国老年男性血红蛋白参考值的地理分布规律,为制定其统一标准提供科学依据,收集了中国184个地区用氰化高铁血红蛋白(HiCN)法测定的20925例血红蛋白参考值,运用因子分析将5个地理环境的因素综合成两个公共因子F1、F2,用其得分值代替原始数据推导出回归方程:y=143.00-0.009817F1-0.01776F2±10.4.用该方程计算出中国1288个观测点的参考值,应用GIS空间分析精确的内插出中国老年男性血红蛋白正常参考值的分布规律图,发现其呈西高东低、北高南低的分布规律.若已知中国某地的海拔高度(X1),年日照时数(X2)、年平均相对湿度(X3)、年平均气温(X4)、年降水量(X5),可用该方程计算出该地血红蛋白参考值,从趋势分布规律图也可得到中国任何地方的血红蛋白参考值.
【Abstract】 To reveal the geography distributing regularity of normal reference value of Chinese old men’s hemoglobin and provide scientific basis for making its unified standards.This paper has collected 20,925 cases of normal reference value of hemoglobin by the method of high iron cyanide hemoglobin(Hb) in 184 Chinese region.Five geographical factors have been changed into public-F1,F2 by using the Factor Analysis,a regression equation has been referred with its value instead of the original data points:=143.00-0.009817F1-0.01776F2±10.4.1288 observation points of normal reference value of Chinese old men’s hemoglobin have been calculated in China by using this equation,the normal reference value of Chinese old men’s hemoglobin distribution map has been made by using Spatial analysis of GIS.The map shows that normal reference value of Chinese old men’s hemoglobin was higher in West and North,lower in South and East.If we known the factors of altitude(X1),the sunshine hours(X2),the average relative humidity(X3),the average temperature(X4),the annual precipitation(X5) in China,the normal reference value of hemoglobin can be calculated by using the equation,the distribution map also shows the anywhere of normal reference value of Chinese old men’s hemoglobin in China.
