汽轮机组振动波形数据高效实时无损压缩算法
A lossless real-time compression algorithm for vibration waveform in steam turbine units
【摘要】 针对汽轮机组故障诊断系统中振动波形数据的形态特性,设计并实现了一套基于多次差分的压缩算法VWID.该算法先对原始波形进行多次差分以缩减其数据有效位,完成一次压缩.之后与通用压缩算法Zlib结合,对经过一次压缩后的数据流进行二次压缩,从而大大提高压缩比.针对汽轮机组等旋转机械振动波形数据的对比实验结果表明:以高压缩比著称的商用无损压缩软件Winrar压缩比为2.7~4.4,而VWID压缩算法压缩比达3.9~5.2,VWID+Zlib压缩算法压缩比可达5.3~6.4,同时具有无损压缩和实时高效的特点.
【Abstract】 A set of novel lossless data compression algorithm based on vibration waveform iterative difference(VWID) with high efficiency for vibration data of steam turbine units was developed.Because of the appropriate consideration on the characteristics of the vibration waveform shape,this algorithm can adequately decrease the number of significant bits by iterative difference and thus greatly removed the redundancy of the original data.The experiments indicate that the compression ratios of VWID algorithm and its combination with Zlib compression algorithm are 3.9~5.2 and 5.3~6.4,respectively,which are much higher than 2.7~4.4,the compression ratios of the famous commercial lossless compression software Winrar.The application of VWID and VWID+Zlib algorithms in a fault diagnosis expert system for steam turbines shows that the real-time capability is also well fulfilled.
