基于频率约束的连续体拓扑优化方法的研究
The study on the continuum structure topology optimization method based on the frequency constrain
【摘要】 基于有限元方法,探讨了单元对系统特征频率的敏感度分析方法,得到了对系统特征频率贡献最小单元的敏感度计算公式.建立了以第1阶固有频率为约束,以结构件质量最小为目标函数的优化模型.在算例中通过对结构件进行有限元模态分析和试验模态分析,保证了模型的正确性.在分析的基础上,根据结构设计的要求,采用Optistruct对结构件进行了拓扑优化.通过拓扑优化,在理想状况下,结构件的质量大幅度地减小,获得了满足设计要求的结构件材料的重新分布图.
【Abstract】 The element how to affect the system natural frequency is discussed and the topology sensitivity formulation is obtained based on the finite element method in the paper.The topology model,the 1st mode frequency and the minimal mass are constrained and optimization objective,is developed.In the case,the model is validity via the finite element analysis and mode tests. The topology optimization is carried on the structure through the software Optistruct.The topology optimization result shows that the structural mass decrease greatly and the material redistri bution schemn is obtained and satisfied with the design requirement at ideal situation.
