【Abstract】 Through linearizing the key factor ξ(1 - 0.5ξ)in the mathematics formula of symmetric reinforcement for compression members with small eccentricity,this article proposes an approximation method of calculating ξ by using second order equation be present,which could ease the work of designers.更多还原
