KF/La2O3催化剂催化菜籽油酯交换反应制备生物柴油

【摘要】 通过植物油酯交换法制备的生物柴油是一种清洁的可再生能源.实验从环境友好的角度出发采用KF/La2O3固体碱催化剂催化菜籽油制备生物柴油.考察了KF的负载量、醇/油摩尔比、催化剂用量和反应时间对该酯交换反应的影响.实验结果表明,通过浸渍并在873 K煅烧4 h,可以制得理想的KF添加量(KF与La2O3的质量比)为15%的KF/La2O3催化剂.采用该催化剂,当醇与油摩尔比为12∶1、反应温度为65℃、反应时间为1 h、催化剂用量(催化剂与油的质量比)为3%时,酯交换反应的转化率可以达到94.3%.

【Abstract】 Biodiesel produced by the transesterification of rapeseed oil is a promising alternative fuel.In this work,an environmental benign process for the production of biodiesel from rapeseed oil with solid base catalyst was developed.KF /La2O3 produced by impregnation was firstly adopted for the production of biodiesel.A study for optimizing the reaction conditions such as the loading amount of KF,the methanol to oil molar ratio,the amount of catalyst,and the reaction time were performed.15% KF/La2O3 had the best catalytic activity.Under the optimum conditions,the catalyst calcination temperature of 873 K for 4 hours,methanol to oil molar ratio of 12,reaction temperature of 65 ℃,catalyst amount of 3%,and reaction time of 1 hour,the oil conversion was 94.3 %.
