硒代酰胺与α-卤代乙酸酯在乙醇体系中的反应
Selenium transfer reaction of selenoamides with α-haloacetates
【摘要】 为了进一步研究硒代酰胺与具有多个功能团的α-卤代乙酸酯的反应情况,选择将芳基硒代酰胺与α-卤代乙酸酯在无水乙醇中无催化剂,中性条件下以1∶1和1∶2的比例投入进行反应,结果发生硒转移反应后,均生成了同一种产物——二烷氧羰基甲基二硒醚,同时还分离得到了相应的副产物芳酸乙酯.提供了一种新的合成二烷氧羰基甲基二硒醚的简便方法,且反应具有条件温和产率高、选择性好等优点.
【Abstract】 The reaction of selenoamides with functionalized α-haloacetate in 1∶1 or 1∶2 molar ratio with no catalyst under the neutral condition at room temperature to furnish bis(carboxyalkylmethyl) diselenides via selenium transfer reaction was investigated.No bis(carboxyalkylmethyl) selenide was separated.A new and convenient synthesis of bis(carboxyalkylmethyl) diselenides with the advantages of mild reaction condition,high yield and good chemical selectivity was afforded.Corresponding byproduct ethyl benzoate was also gained.This reaction provides a new method for selenium transfer reaction.
