【摘要】 目的研究咪达唑仑、芬太尼复合丙泊酚在人流术中的应用。方法将120例早孕妇女随机分成两组,每组60例,A组丙泊酚与芬太尼混合后同时推注,B组咪达唑仑复合芬太尼超前推注,术中用丙泊酚调节麻醉深度。分别观察两组的麻醉效果、血氧饱和度(SPO2)、脉搏、呼吸(RR)变化、苏醒时间、丙泊酚的用量。结果B组麻醉效果优于A组(P<0.05),苏醒时间和丙泊酚用量均小于A组(P<0.05)。结论超前推注咪达唑仑、芬太尼复合丙泊酚麻醉效果好?苏醒快?更经济,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effects of midazolam and fentanyl combined with Propofol on induced abortion.Methods 120 cases of early pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups,each with 60 cases.Group A recieved infusion of a mixture of propofol and fentanyl at the same time.Group B recieved early injection of a mixture of midazolam and fentanyl and then propofol for regulation of anesthesic depth.Observe the analgesic effects,SPO2,pulse,RR,recovery time,anesthesia effect of the two groups,respectively.
