【摘要】 目的总结翼点入路显微外科技术治疗颅内前循环动脉瘤的临床体会。方法回顾性总结显微外科治疗12例前循环颅内动脉瘤的临床表现、CT/DSA、手术方法及时机等治疗情况。结果11例患者以蛛网膜下腔出血为首发症状,CT均证实。DSA检查发现14个动脉瘤,采用翼点入路,均成功夹闭瘤颈。结论远近端载瘤动脉的良好暴露和临时阻断是成功处理术中瘤颈部破裂的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarise the clinical experience on transpterional approach for treatment of procirculated aneurysm by microsurgery. Methods To retrospectively analyse the clinical manifestations,neuroradiological examination,treatment and prognosis of 12 cases of procirculated aneurysm. Results SAH was showed by initial CT scanning in 11 cases.14 aneurysms were identified by DSA and clipped successfully by transpterional approach. Conclusion Excellent exposure of anerysm’s body,source vessel and temporary arterial occlusion are the key methods in treatment of aneurysm neck rupture during the operation.更多还原
