【摘要】 目的观察血必净注射液对严重肺挫伤致急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)患者的疗效。方法根据ARDS诊断标准选择40例患者并随机均分为两组,分别给予血必净配合机械通气的综合治疗(血必净治疗组)和以机械通气为主的综合治疗(常规治疗组),对两组TNF-α水平、相关机械通气指标和转归(疗效)进行比较。结果血必净治疗组患者TNF-α水平和机械通气时间均较常规治疗组降低,而治疗有效率亦较常规治疗组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血必净配合保护性机械通气是救治严重肺挫伤并发ARDS的有效方法,可减轻炎症反应和缩短机械通气时间,明显提高抢救成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Xuebijing injection on the patients with acute respiratory distress syndrome after severe pulmonary contusion. Methods 40 patients were randomly divided into two groups:Xuebijing injection accompanied with mechanical ventilation group and mechanical ventilation group.The level of TNF-α,mechanical ventilation index and therapeutic effect were compared between two groups.Results Compared with the group of conventional therapy,the level of TNF-α and duration of mechanical ventilation decreased,but the effective rate of therapeutic effect increased significantly in Xuebijing group.The difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion A combined use of Xuebijing injection and protective mechanical ventilation is a useful method to treat acute respiratory distress syndrome after severe pulmonary contusion,which can abate inflammatory reaction and shorten duration of mechanical ventilation,raise the achievement ratio of rescue.更多还原
