【摘要】 目的研究自体骨髓干细胞经冠状动脉移植对终末期心力衰竭患者心功能的影响及安全性。方法8例终末期心力衰竭患者,常规药物治疗基础上进行自体骨髓干细胞经冠状动脉移植,单纯药物治疗8例慢性心力衰竭患者作为对照组。术前及术后6个月观察两组心肌灌注情况、左心室射血分数(EF)、左心室舒张末径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末径(LVESD)及心律失常情况。结果治疗组及对照组比较,治疗组NYHA分级提高Ⅰ~Ⅱ级。左心室射血分数提高(P<0.05)。治疗组与对照组比较术后射血分数提高(P<0.05)。治疗组心肌灌注显像得到明显改善。结论终末期心力衰竭患者进行自体骨髓干细胞经冠状动脉移植术可提高患者生存率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of autologous bode marrow mesenchymal stem cell(BMSCs) and mononuclear cells(BMMNCs) for treating heart failure. Methods Eight patients suffered from heart failure were enrolled.Autoloqous bone marrow stom celltransplantation is a brand-new biological-therapy,the control group consisted of eight patients with heart failure at the same time was treated with drugs.The efficacy was evaluated by cardiac SPECT,EF,LVEDD,LVESD and arrhythmia before and 6 months after the procedure. Results After treatment,the symptoms of the experiment group were improved,their NHYA classification was also significantly improved for Ⅰ or Ⅱ.The EF were elevated(P<0.05),respectively,in contrast with those in pre-operation and the control group after six months.99mTc Scinitigraphy revealed an improvement in myocardial perfusion and viability in the patients undergoing cell transplantation. Conclusions Autoloqous bone marrow stom celltransplantation enhances the survival rate of patients with heart failur.更多还原
