【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of Tei index for estimating right ventricular global function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods The RV-Tei index of 34 cases with DCM and 30 normal subjects were measured. Results The RV-Tei index in the DCM group was significantly higher.Conclusion Tei index can simply,effectively and synthetically assess right ventricular global function.更多还原
