【摘要】 目的探讨单发脑转移瘤的CT表现,提高对单发脑转移瘤的诊断准确性。方法回顾性分析经手术病理或临床资料证实的37例单发脑转移的CT表现。结果单发脑转移瘤病灶多位于大脑灰白质交界区;形态多样,可表现为结节、环形及囊实性不规则形,以结节多见,多伴有明显水肿,水肿程度与解剖部位有关;增强扫描可见不同程度均匀或不均匀强化。少数单发脑转移瘤具有不典型CT表现。结论单发脑转移瘤的CT表现具有一定的特征,有助于鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the CT characteristics of single brain metastasis(SBM),and to improve the diagnostic accuracy of SBM.Methods CT findings of 37 patients with SBM proved by surgical pathology or clinical follow-up findings were analysed retrospectively.Results Most of 37 cases located at junctional zone between ectocinerea and alba of cerebrum.Shapes of SBM are multiple,such as node,ring form and cyst-solid node were commonly seen.Most of these were accompanied with marked hydropsia.The degree of hydropsia was related with the site of lesion.Different degree enhancement was showed on enhanced CT in all cases.Minority of SBM had atypical CT findings.Conclusion CT findings of SBM have certain characteristics,which is helpful in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of single brain metastasis.更多还原
