【摘要】 目的探讨常见的男性不育症与生殖激素的关系。方法采用RIA法测定男性不育症患者血清中生殖激素FSH、LH、T、PRL水平,并比较不同病因及部分患者治疗前后的FSH、LH、T、PRL水平差异。结果男性不育症患者病因与其生殖激素水平关系密切,且有一定的规律可循。结论测定男性不育症患者的FSH、LH、PRL、T水平,可以推测其病因及预后。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between reproduction hormone level and testicle function of spermatogenesis,and their pathologic orientation in patients with male infertile. Method Serum sex hormone including FSH、LH、T and PRL was detected by RIA in patients with male infertile and difference of FSH、LH、T and PRL in different etiopathogenisis and anteroposterior pretherapy was compared. Results There exist some rule of the value of FSH、LH、T、PRL in different pathogeny of male infertile. Conclusion We can approximately estimate the diagnosis and prognosis in the different kind of male infertile by the value of FSH、LH、T、PRL.更多还原
