【摘要】 目的了解2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性及影响因素。方法随机分层抽样调查260例2型糖尿病患者,内容包括患者基本情况、治疗依从性、糖尿病知识水平、健康信念和社会支持,并对其进行评分及统计学分析。结果2型糖尿病患者治疗依从性得分33.22±5.85分,其中药物治疗依从性得分最高,定期复查依从性最低。影响治疗依从性的因素为就诊医院、糖尿病知识水平、健康信念及社会支持,其中影响最大的因素为健康信念。结论患者治疗依从性影响着2型糖尿病治疗效果。护士应关注患者治疗依从性以及心理、社会因素对依从性的影响,使护理干预措施更加系统化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the compliance of the patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus and influence factors. Methods A random sampling method was used in this study.Two hundred and sixty cases with Type 2 diabetes mellitus were investigated with five instruments,i.e.Demographic information,questionnaire of basic knowledge about diabetes mellitus,patient compliance,health belief and social support degree.The SPSS11.0 was used for data analysis. Results The mean score of compliance of patients with Type 2 diabetes mellitus was 33.22±5.85.Thus score of compliance of medical treatment received the highest and that of periodic visit examination was the lowest.The chosen hospital,basic knowledge about diabetes mellitus,health belief and social support were main factors related to the compliance of patient with Type 2 diabetes mellitus.Among them,health belief was the most important factor. Conclusion Patient compliance influenced the effect of treatment of Type 2 diabetes mellitus.So the nurse should pay more attention to patient compliance and the associated psychological and social factors and take more effective measures systematically to reduce or delay the complication of Type 2 diabetes mellitus and control the transmission of the disease effectively.更多还原
