【摘要】 目的探讨肺结核合并糖尿病患者的诊治及两者关系。方法抗痨与降糖同步进行,以治疗过程中血糖(CBG)控制水平将患者分为:1组理想控制,2组较好控制,3组控制差,对比分析三组患者的症状消失时间、痰菌阴转时间、治愈率、1年后复发率等情况。结果三组患者上述指标依次为:第1组19d、76d、82.2%、6.5%。第2组18d、81d、80.7%、8.4%。第3组33d、132d、58.9%、30%。结论肺结核合并糖尿病患者,两病互为不良影响,症状复杂。治疗上不同于单纯肺结核与单纯糖尿病,若血糖控制良好,疗程适当延长,可取得较好效果,关键是早发现早治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study clinical diagnosis and treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis complicated with diabetes and the relationship of two diseases.Methods The treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis and the treatment of diabetes at the same time.Dividing the patients into better control(CBG<6.0mmol/L) group,good control(6.0mmol/L<CBG<7.8mmol/L) group and bad control(CBG>7.8mmol/L) group by blood sugar(CBG) level.The symptom disappear average time,the sputum negative conversion time,the cure rate,the recurrence rate last year of three groups were analyzed.Results These indicator among three groups was: first group 19d,76d,82.2%and 6.5%,second group 18d,81d,80.7%and 8.4%,third group 33d,132d,58.9%and 30.0%.There was no significant difference in first group and second group(P>0.05).Third group were significantly higher than that of first,second group(P<0.05).Conclusion The pulmonary tuberculosis comphicated with diabetes,there was bad influence on each other.Disease situation is more complex,Treatment result is no good.There was difference of treatment in simple tuberculosis and simple diabetes.If the blood sugar controled good,the effect of treatment can reach the high level.The early diagnosis and treatment is the key.更多还原
