【摘要】 目的探索泥鳅导丝替代左房导丝经皮球囊二尖瓣成形术的可行性和安全性。方法收集自2002年6月-2007年6月应用国产GNE-CARD心脏二尖瓣球囊导管行经皮球囊成形术(Percutaneous Balloon Mitral Valvoplasty PBMV)病例82例,63例应用国产左房导丝,19例应用泥鳅导丝。结果63例应用左房导丝行PBMV中,2例(2/63)导丝回撤困难,应用泥鳅导丝19例,均顺利完成手术。结论泥鳅导丝替代左房导丝行PBMV安全可靠,不失为PBMV的新方法或替代方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the feasibility and security of loach guidewire instead of atria guidewire in the percutaneous balloon mitral valvoplasty(PBMN).Methods Collected 82 cases had been done percutaneous balloon mitral valvoplasty which used GNE-CARD heart atrioventricular Foley’s tube made in china from 2002-6 to 2007-6,among them,63 cases had been utilized atria guidewire made in china,19 cases had been utilized loach guidewire.Results In the 63 cases which utilized atria guidewire,2 cases had been difficult to withdraw the guidewire,19 cases utilized loach guidewire had been all successfully accomplished.Conclusion Loach guidewire instead of atria guidewire to do PBMV is safe and reliable.更多还原
