长江口九段沙无齿相手蟹体内重金属含量与评价

【摘要】 以九段沙湿地生态系统中常见的无齿相手蟹为研究对象,分析了其体内重金属的积累和分布特性。结果表明,其体内重金属含量顺序为Cu>Zn>Cd>Pb>Cr>As>总Hg,其重金属含量存在一定季节差异;对九段沙沉积物中的重金属含量分析表明,无齿相手蟹对Cu和Cd有一定的富集能力,适合做九段沙湿地Cu和Cd的指示生物;污染评价表明,本研究中无齿相手蟹均已受到Cu和Pb污染,部分受到Zn、Cd和Cr污染,但未受Hg和As污染。

【Abstract】 Sesarma dehaani,a kind of macrobenthos that commonly distributed in the Ji- uduansha wetland was studied for its accumulation and internal distribution of heavy metals. The ranking of heavy metal contents in the animal was found to be Cu>Zn>Cd>Pb>Cr>As>total Hg,and the concentrations of these heavy metal showed certain seasonal variations.A- nalysis of heavy metals in Jiuduansha sediments revealed that S.dehaani accumulated Cu and Cd to a certain amount,suggesting that the animal could be used as an indicator organism for these metals.Pollution assessment indicated that all the sampled crabs in this study were pollu- ted by Cu and Pb,or partially polluted by Zn,Cd and Cr,but were not polluted by Hg and As.
