宽带波浪载荷下海洋结构物内应力范围及疲劳损伤分析
Short-time distribution of stress ranges in ships and ocean structures under wide band wave loads and fatigue damage
【摘要】 研究短期海况中海洋结构物在宽带波浪载荷作用下交变应力过程中的应力范围的概率分布及结构疲劳损伤问题。首先从应力的功率谱密度出发,利用小波变换作为工具,对应力过程进行模拟。然后用雨流计数法识别出应力过程中对结构造成疲劳损伤的应力范围,并用Weibull分布对应力范围的分布进行了拟合;最后给出了应力范围服从Weibull分布时结构疲劳损伤的计算方法。
【Abstract】 The probability distribution of stress ranges of ships and ocean structures under wide band wave loads in short-time sea condition is studied in this paper.And the fatigue damage of structures is also discussed.Starting from the power spectrum density,stress history is simulated using wavelet analysis.The rainflow method is used to recognize the stress ranges which can cause fatigue damage from the stress history.The distribution of stress ranges is fitted also.The result shows that the stress ranges obey the Weibull distribution in the short-time sea condition.The calculation method of fatigue damage of structures is given at last when the stress ranges obey the Weibull distribution.
