【摘要】 目的探讨CT引导下经皮穿刺植入放射性125I粒子的治疗方法并评价其临床疗效。方法经CT引导125I粒子植入治疗肺癌102例。所有病例术前根据肿瘤的大小利用TPS制定治疗计划,计算出所需125I粒子的最佳数量术后质量验证。1月复查CT及临床观察毒副反应。结果植入病例全部成功,1月复查CT及临床观察无毒副反应,CR 76.3%、PR 17.7%、SD 4.1%、PD 1.9%。中位生存期大于12个月。结论CT引导下经皮穿刺放射性125I粒子组织间照射治疗肺癌安全、疗效可靠,并且创伤小、并发症少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To introduce the procedures and evaluate the clinic value of CT-guided interstitial 125I seeds implantation in treatment of lung cancer.Methods One hundred and two patients with lung cancer underwent CT-guided interstitial 125I seeds implantation.All patients were scanned on multi-spiral CT(Philips,MX 8000) with optical navigating system(p inpoint),and treatment plan system,needle,and 125I seeds(Chinese Academy of Science) were used.The optimal quantity of seeds was calculated by TPS according to the size of tumor.Then,under the guidance of CT,125I seeds were percutaneously implanted into the tumors for interstitial radiotherapy.CT follow-up examinations were performed 1 months after the therapy.Results All cases were suceeded at 1 month:obvious relies(cR)(the size of tumor reduced up to 50%),76.3%;relief(PR)(the size of tumor reduced by 25%～50%),17.7%;slight relief(SD)(the size of tumor reduced by 1%～25%),4.1%;no effect(PD)(the size of tumor did not reduce or increase,and clinic symptoms showed no relief),1.9%.Conclusion CT-guided interstitial 125I seeds implanted is a safe,reliable,and effective curative method for lung cancer.更多还原
