【摘要】 目的通过研究基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)、存活素(survivin)在不同类型滋养细胞中的表达,探讨二者与滋养细胞疾病的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法对正常早孕(<12周)绒毛、葡萄胎(包括完全性和部分性)、侵蚀性葡萄胎、绒毛膜癌组织中的MMP9s、urvivin进行检测。结果①MMP9s、urvivin在正常早孕绒毛、葡萄胎、侵蚀性葡萄胎、绒毛膜癌组织中均有表达,且随着滋养细胞恶性程度的增加二者表达显著升高,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);②在不同类型滋养细胞中MMP9s、urvivin的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论MMP9s、urvivin与滋养细胞的侵袭过程有关,二者可能共同参与了滋养细胞疾病的恶变与转移,对临床早期预测滋养细胞疾病的恶变与预防性化疗有一定的参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions of matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9) and survivin in human gestational trophblasts and evaluate their correlation with the gestational trophoblastic disease.Methods Immunohistochemical strep-tavidin-peroxidase(S-P) method was used to detect the expressions of MMP9,survivin in normal human cytotrophoblast cells(<12w),hydatidiform moles,invasive moles,and choriocarcinoma.Results ①MMP9,survivin expressions were detected in all types of trophoblastic cells,the staining was markedly increased with the development of the malignant transformation(P<0.05);②There was a positive correlation between the two(P<0.05).Conclusion MMP9,survivin are involved in the invasion of the normal human cytotrophoblast cells.Two factors may cause the invasion and metastasis.Furthermore,they may be used as indicators of the stage of gestational trophoblastic disease development and to assess the prognosis and clinical therapy.更多还原
