血液黏滞度增高状态下红细胞和血浆荧光光谱研究

【摘要】 目的通过比较伴有血液黏滞综合征和不伴有该疾病患者的血液中红细胞与血浆自体荧光光谱特征,探讨血液黏滞度增高时红细胞及血浆荧光光谱改变,为相关疾病的辅助诊断提供依据。方法用荧光分光光度计,分别在288 nm和276 nm光激发下测量血浆及红细胞自体荧光发射光谱,分析研究两组血浆及红细胞荧光光谱差异。结果伴有高黏血症组与不伴有高黏血症组血浆荧光实验中均在338 nm5、90 nm和660 nm附近出现峰,但两组峰值有显著差异,高黏血症患者血浆中卟啉含量增加,而弹性蛋白含量降低;红细胞荧光实验中均在312.2 nm和609 nm处出现峰,峰值有显著差异,红细胞中卟啉和氨基酸含量有所增加。结论红细胞及血浆荧光光谱的改变有助于临床对高黏血症进行辅助诊断。

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss fluorescence spectral changes of erythrocytes and plasma in hyper viscosity syndrome and provide guidelines to the auxiliary diagnosis for related diseases,by comparing with auto-fluorescence spectral characteristics of the erythrocytes and plasma of hyper viscosity and non-hyper viscosity groups.Methods The auto-fluorescent spectra of erythrocytes and plasma were measured by the fluorospectrophotometer.The separated erythrocyte and plasma were irradiated by different wavelength lights at 288 nm and 276 nm.The difference of fluorescence spectra between 2 groups was analyzed.Results The fluorescence peaks of plasma were at 338 nm,590 nm,and 660 nm in both hyper viscosity and non-hyper viscosity groups,but the intensities of them were significantly different.The content of porphyrin in plasma of hyper viscosity group was increased,but elastin in plasma was decreased.The fluorescence peaks of erythrocyte of these 2 groups were both at 312.2 nm and 609 nm,and there were significant differences between them.The contents of porphyrin and amino acids were increased in erythrocytes.Conclusion The changes of fluorescence spectrum in erythrocytes and plasma is very helpful with the auxiliary diagnosis of hyper viscosity syndrome.
