【摘要】 目的探讨子宫内膜异位症(内异症)和腺肌症患者的在位内膜中雌激素受体β(ER-β)的含量及其在子宫内膜异位症和腺肌症发病中的机制及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学PV两步法,分析12例腺肌症患者在位内膜及5例内异症患者的在位内膜标本中ER-β的含量,并以10例正常子宫内膜做对照。结果3组在位内膜上皮细胞中均有ER-β的表达,而在基质细胞中未检测到其表达。正常子宫内膜上皮细胞中ER-β的表达高于其在内异症在位内膜上皮细胞中的表达,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论ER-β在子宫内膜异位症和腺肌症的在位内膜中的表达量不同,对选择药物治疗具有临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the different expression of estrogen receptor β(ER-β) in human eutopic endometrium from women with endometriosis and interna-endometriosis.MethodsER-β concentration was determined by immunochemical PV method in 27 women.ResultsER-β was only found in epithelial cells but not stromal cells.ER-β concentration was higher in endometrium from women without endometriosis than that from women with endometriosis.ConclusionThere are significant differences of ER-β in the eutopic endometrium from women with interna-endometriosis,with and without endometriosis,it has clinical significance for therapy.更多还原
