【摘要】 目的:比较左氧氟沙星与氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染的疗效。方法:60例尿路感染患者分成两组:左旋氧氟沙星治疗组22例,氧氟沙星治疗组38例,剂量两组均为0.2g,bid,po,疗程7～14d。结果:左旋氧氟沙星与氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染的有效率分别为91%和84%,痊愈率为77%和61%,均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但左旋氧氟沙星对复杂性尿路感染的疗效显著高与氧氟沙星。结论:左旋氧氟沙星在治疗尿路感染时较氧氟沙星更为有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare the efficacy between levofloxacin and oxyfloxacin in the treatment of urinary infection.Methods:60 patients with urnary tract infection were divided into two groups.The levofloxacin group had 22 patients and the oxyfloxacin group 38 patients.Each group was treated with lenofloxacin or oxyfloxacin in a regiment of 0.2 g,bid for 7～14 days for both.Results:There were no significant of complicated chronic urinary infection.Conclusion:Levofloxacin may be more effective in the treatment of urinary tract infection than oxyfloxacin.更多还原
