【摘要】 目的:总结治疗与护理恶性食管狭窄应用自膨式支架的效果。方法:对32例恶性食管狭窄患者行自膨式支架置入。结果:32例均获成功,无严重并发症发生。结论:自膨式支架的置入为失去手术机会及术后管腔狭窄的患者撑开了食管狭窄段,缓解了吞咽困难,增强了营养摄入,提高了生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To summariz the effect of treatment and nursing care of malignant esophageal stenosis treated by smart stent.Methods:We studied the clinical management and nursing care of 32 patients with malignant esophageal stenosis treated by smart stent were studied.Results:Thirty-two patients had good results without any severe complication.Conclusion:Those who had lost the operative option and had postoperative stenosis,the use of smart stent could give the patient the chance to dilate the stenosis,and the dysphagia was released.Nutrition and the life quality were improved.更多还原
