【摘要】 目的:探讨胰腺癌误诊为胃平滑肌肉瘤的原因,提高胰腺癌的早期诊断率。方法:回顾性分析我院2001年～2007年收治的胰腺癌患者误诊为胃平滑肌肉瘤的情况,收集其临床资料。结果:两例术前诊断为胃平滑肌肉瘤患者术中均证实为胰腺癌。结论:仔细询问病史,螺旋CT可降低胰腺癌的误诊率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyse the causes of misdiagnosis of cancer of pancrease as to leiomyoma and to increase the early diagnostic rate in pancreatic cancer.Methods:The clinical data of 2 cases of pancreatic carcinomas diagnosised as leiomyoma of stomach from 2001 to 2007 were analysed retrospectively.Results:Two patients diagnosised leiomyoma preoperatively were confirmed to be pancreatic carcinoma during operation with pathologic examination.Conclusion:Careful inquiry of case history and using spiral CT could reduce the misdiagnosis rate of pancreatic carcinoma.更多还原
