【摘要】 目的:评价低温高频电刀(LEEP)治疗宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(Cervical intraepithelial neopla,CIN),探讨其治疗效果。方法:通过2006年4月~2007年12月门诊患者及体检人群,经宫颈细胞学检查(薄层液基细胞学,Liquid-based Cytology),在阴道镜检(colposcopy)下多点活组织检查(multi-point biopsy),筛查出宫颈上皮内瘤样病变(CIN)174例患者,采用低温高频电刀(LEEP)治疗。结果:12周一次成功率98.85%(172/174),术中出血量平均35 mL,平均手术时间9.8分钟。结论:LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤病变(CIN),操作简便、快捷、安全、有效、出血少、手术时间短,不需住院,患者容易接受,有效的治疗可以降低宫颈癌的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy of Loop Electro-surgical Excisional Procedure(LEEP)on cervical precancerous lesions cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesions.Methods:174 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesions detected by the cervical cytology(Liquid-based Cytology),in colposcopy multi-point organization biopsy examination were selected from the outpatients and health examination population in our hospital from April 2006 to December 2007.Results:The One-time treatment success rate of patients who were treated by LEEP in 12 weeks was 98.85%(172/174).The average blood loss were 35 mL and operation time were 9.8 min,respectively.Conclusion:LEEP was a safe and effective method for the cervical lesions cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesions,CIN treatment.This treatment characterize less bleeding and operation time,and was easily accepted by patients.Effective treatment can reduce the incidence of cervical cancer.更多还原
