【摘要】 目的:探讨晚孕期超声补筛胎儿迟发畸形的重点检查部位。方法:2006年7月至2007年12月期间,对6753例中孕系统胎儿超声检查未见异常的孕妇,在晚孕期针对胎儿迟发畸形好发部位进行详细检查并存储图像。结果:检出胎儿畸形29例,晚孕期胎儿迟发畸形发生率4.29‰,其中胎儿各腔隙积液10例占34.48%,腹部异常囊性结构例8例占27.58%,腹腔内脏器大小形态改变4例占13.79%,膈疝及脐膨出各2例占13.79%,肝脏占位、胎儿水肿、肠管增宽各1例占10.33%。结论:在晚孕期超声补筛胎儿迟发畸形的重点检查部位是胎儿脑室系统、后颅窝、胸腔、腹腔、心脏、腹腔内肝胆道、胃、肠管、肾、等各脏器、脐孔,皮肤,在检查中对其进行有意识的仔细检查,从而提高胎儿畸形产前检出率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To approach the intensive checkpoints of ultrasound for fetal late malformation additional screening in late pregnancy.Methods:During July 2006 to December 2007,6753 pregnant women no fetal malformations were detected with ultrasound examination in midtrimester pregnaney accepted the same examination in late pregnaney.The predilection sites of fetal late malformation were examined in details and the correlated pictures were stored.Results:The incidence rate of fetal late malformation was 4.29‰(29/6753).Among the total.10 cases 34.48%(10/29)had various kinds of lacunar fluidify,8 cases 27.58%(8/29)had abnormal saccular structures in abdomen.4 cases 13.79%(4/29)had the changes of size and shape of organs in abdominal cavity.2 cases 6.89%(2/29)were diaphragmatic hernia,2 cases 6.89%(2/29)were acromphalus and the nest 3 cases had liver masses,fetal hydrops and widened intestinal canal.Conclusion:The intensive checkpoints of nltrasound for fetal late malformation were the fetal ventrioular system,posterior cranial fossa.thoracic cavity.abdominal cavity,heart,liver and biliary tract,stomach.intestinal canal,kidney,bellybutton and skin.Because of their occurences and detailed ultrasound examination on these positions in late pregnancy could helped to raise the detection nate of fetal malformations.更多还原
