【摘要】 目的:观察依那普利对阵发性心房颤动患者房颤复发及对左心房内径(LAD)、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法:46例阵发性房颤患者随机分为依那普利组和常规治疗组各23例,分别于治疗前、治疗6月后测定LAD、CRP、IL-6水平,并随访6月房颤复发次数。结果:依那普利组房颤复发次数及LAD、CRP、IL-6水平均显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:依那普利能减少阵发性房颤患者房颤复发,抑制左房重构,降低IL-6及CRP水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the effects of enalapril on recurrence of atrial fibrillation(AF),left atrial direction(LAD)and serum levels of C-reactive protein(CRP)and interleukin-6(IL-6)of patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation(PAF).Methods:A total of 46 PAF patients were randomly divided into elapril group and route treat group,before treatment and after six-month treatment,LAD,CRPand IL-6 were measured,also all patients were followed up for six months about the times of recurrence of atrial fibrillation.Results:After six months of the two groups’ follow-up,the times of recurrence of atrial fibrillation,LAD,and serum levels of CRP and IL-6 were significant decreased in enalapril group compared with route treat group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Enalapril can reduce the recurrence of Paroxysm atrial fibrillation,left atrial remodel and the production of IL-6 and CRP更多还原
