板蓝根多糖对小鼠抗流感病毒感染的作用

【摘要】 目的研究板蓝根多糖对小鼠抗流感病毒感染能力的影响。方法将板蓝根多糖溶液腹腔注入流感病毒感染的模型小鼠,观察小鼠的生存时间,计算肺指数,测定小鼠血清中抗病毒IgG的变化及脾细胞IFN-γ的水平。结果注射板蓝根多糖的小鼠存活时间延长、存活率提高。与病毒对照组比较,肺指数明显降低,血清中抗体IgG的水平升高,脾脏细胞IFN-γ的水平上升。结论板蓝根多糖能促进小鼠非特异性免疫、增强体液的免疫功能,并参与了调节细胞的免疫功能,从而提高了小鼠抵抗流感病毒感染的能力。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To study the effect of Banlangen polysaccharide on mice resistance to influenza virus infection.METHODS BALB/C mice treated with influenza virus was injected intraperitoneally,while the control mice were treated with physiological saline solution.Survival rate of mice was recorded.Level of IgG in the mouse sera and level of IFN-γ in the mouse spleens were measured.RESULTS Banlangen polysaccharide could significantly decrease the mortality rate,prolong the living time of infected mice,decrease the pulmonary index(P<0.01).The levels of IgG and IFN-γ of the mice in Banlangen polysaccharide group were higher evidently than that in virus control and normal control.CONCLUSION Banlangen polysaccharide can protect mice against influenza virus infection by enhancing non-specific immunity and humoral immunity and regulating cellular immunity.
