【摘要】 目的采用HPLC-ELSD法测定工布乌头中塔拉萨敏的含量。方法采用WelchromTM色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);乙腈-0.1%三乙胺水溶液(60:40)为流动相,流速1.0 m.lmin-1,柱温35℃,用蒸发光检测器检测,漂移管温度40℃。结果线性范围为0.504~15.11μg(r=0.99985),平均回收率为98.86%,RSD=1.05%。结论所建方法简便、准确、重复性好,可作为工布乌头药材质量控制的方法;工布乌头中不含乌头碱。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of talatisamine in Aconitum kongboense Lauener by HPLC – ELSD,and to confirm whether Aconitum kongboense Lauener contains aconitine.METHODSWelchromTM column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) was used with the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile-0.1% triethylamine solution(60:40).The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1 with the column temperature was 35℃.The ELSD was adopted as the detector with the drift tube temperature set at 40℃.RESULTSThe linearity was obtained at the range of 0.504-15.11 μg(r=0.9998).The mean recovery was 98.86% with RSD of 1.05%.CONCLU SIONThe method is simple,accurate and reproducible which can be used for the quality control of Aconitum kongboense Lauener.Aconitum kongboense Lauener contains no aconitine.更多还原
