【摘要】 目的探讨乳化异氟醚(ISO)对大鼠局灶性脑缺血/再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法60只♂SD大鼠,随机分为6组。假手术组仅分离血管,不留置线拴;脑缺血模型(MO)组缺血前吸入纯氧30 min后行大脑中动脉阻闭(MCAO),2 h后抽出线栓恢复再灌注;吸入ISO组缺血前吸入0.9%ISO 30 min;乳化ISO组缺血前给予17 ml.kg?.1h?18%乳化ISO;异丙酚(PRO)组缺血前给予15 mg.kg?1PRO;30%脂肪乳(INT)组缺血前给予30%INT17 ml.kg?.1h?1,各组于再灌注后24 h进行神经功能评分(DNS)并计算24 h时脑梗死体积。结果术后,乳化ISO组、吸入ISO组和PRO组的DNS评分明显低于MO组(P<0.05);再灌注24 h后MO组的脑梗死体积为227.5±18.15 mm3,乳化ISO组、吸入ISO组的梗死面积缩小(P<0.05),但乳化ISO组和吸入ISO组的梗死面积无显著性差异。结论缺血前给予乳化ISO,对大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤可起一定的保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the protective effect of emulsified isoflurance against focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.METHODSSixty male SD rats were randomly divided into six equal groups.Caritiod arteries were exposed but MCAO was not performed in sham operation group;ischemia group: the rats inhaled 100% O2 for 30 min of MCAO were started and maintained for 2 h;isoflurane group: 0.9% isoflurane was inhaled for 30 min before the 2 h of MCAO.emulsified isoflurance group: 8% emulsified isoflurance(17 ml·kg-1 h-1) was inhaled for 30 min before the 2 h of MCAO;propofol group: propofol(15 mg·kg-1) was inhaled for 10 min before the 2 h of MCAO;triglyceride group: 30% triglyceride(17 ml·kg-1h-1) was inhaled for 30 min before the 2 h of MCAO;The neurologic deficit score(NDS) was evaluated 24 h after reperfusion and the infarct volume was calculated at the same time.RESULTSThe NDS of isoflurane group,emulsified isoflurance group and propofol group was lower than that of ischemia group(P<0.05).The infarct volume of ischemia group was 227.5±18.15 mm3.Isoflurane group,emulsified isoflurance group and propofol group reduced the infarct volume at the end of 24 h reperfusion(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between emulsified isoflurance group and isoflurane group.CONCLUSIONInhalation of 8% emulsified isoflurance can protect brain form focal ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.更多还原
