【摘要】 目的观察海补乐宝软胶囊对大鼠实验性慢性肝损伤的保护作用。方法设实验样品组、阴性对照组、模型组和阳性对照组。各组大鼠分别于第1、3、6、8周ip四氯化碳或玉米油,并在每周作相应的ig给药,于第8周处死所有大鼠,查血常规和相关酶活性,并取组织作病理切片,光镜下检查、评分。结果样品组动物血清中ALT和AST活性较模型组显著降低,肝组织病变亦明显减轻。结论海补乐宝软胶囊对大鼠化学性慢性肝损伤具有辅助保护作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of Haibu Lebao capsule on experimental chronic hepatic damage induced by carbon tetrachloride(CCl4) in rats.METHODS 60 rats were randomly divided into six groups,five of which were used to make chronic hepatic damage model with CCl4.Each group was given medicine respectively.On the 8th week,the rats were killed to test the serum ALT and AST,then the histological examination were evaluated by light microscope.RESULTS Each group treated with different dosage of Haibulebao capsule decreased the serum levels of ALT and AST compared with the negative model rats,and improved liver tissue inflammation and decreased the liver fibrosis in histopathology compared with the negative model group.CONCLUSION Haibulebao capsule is a good medicine to treat the chronic hepatic damage by protecting hepatic cells from chronic damage and resisting liver fibrosis.更多还原
