三种TATP-铜(Ⅱ)-L-氨基酸配合物的SOD活性及其电化学性质研究
SOD-like activities and electrochemical properties of TATP-copper(Ⅱ)-L-amino acid complexes
【Abstract】 The SOD-like activities and electrochemical properties of the complexes [Cu(TATP)(L-Ile)(H2O)]ClO4(1),[Cu(TATP)(L-Phe)(H2O)]ClO4·0.5H2O(2)and[Cu(TATP)(L-Try)(H2O)]ClO4·H2O(3)(TATP=1,4,8,9-tetraazatri-phenylene,L-Ile=L-Isoleucine,L-Phe=L-Phenylalanine,L-Try=L-Tryptophan) have been determined by NBTillumination method and cyclic voltammetry,respectively.The results indicate that the complexes possess excellent SOD-like activities and show 50% inhibition ratio with complex 1>2 >3 in the concentration range of 0.4~1.4 μmol·L-1.
