【Abstract】 An efficient method for the synthesis of 5-iodopyrimidine derivatives using iodine and NaOH as iodizating agent in water under microwave irradiation was presented.Microware irradiation make reaction time short and reprocess easy.Using water as solvent makes this method eco-friendly.The products are characterized by NMR and elemental analysis.更多还原
