化学沉淀法用于多种形貌ZnS纳米晶的可控合成

【摘要】 以辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚(OP-10)为表面活性剂,二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)/水为溶剂,用沉淀法制备了纳米球、纳米棒、纳米片等多种形貌可控的ZnS纳米晶,并且用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射、紫外吸收、荧光光谱对其进行了表征,并且分析了其形貌转变机理.

【Abstract】 A facile approach to synthesize ZnS nano particles,nanorods and nanosheets stabilized by OP-10 in the mixed solvents of dimethylformamide and water was reported.Different morphology of the nanoparticles could be realized by changing the quantity of OP-10 and the refluxing time.The as-synthesized ZnS nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,photoluminescence and the UV-visible absorption spectra.The possible mechanism for the formation of morphology diversity was described.
