两种苯并二氢吡喃-4-酮衍生物的合成

【摘要】分别以间甲氧基苯酚与间苯二酚为原料,经过3步合成了(E)-7-甲氧基-3-(4-甲氧基苯亚甲基)与(E)-7-羟基-3-(3′,4′,5′-三甲氧基苯亚甲基)取代的苯并二氢吡喃-4-酮。合成路线简单,易于操作,两者的最终收率分别为20.1%和15.3%。更多还原

【Abstract】 Two homoisoflavonoids,(E)-7-methoxy-3-(4′-methoxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one 1 and(E)-7-hydroxy-3-(3′,4′,5′-trimethoxybenzylidene)chroman-4-one 2,were synthesized in three steps starting from 3-methoxyphenol and resorcinol,respectively.The method is simple and easy to perform.The overall yield of 1 and 2 was 20.1% and 15.3%.更多还原
