水热合成H6P2W18O62及其催化合成环己烯的应用研究

【摘要】 通过水热法合成出Dawson结构磷钨杂多酸,并考察了其催化环己醇脱水制备环己烯的性能。结果表明:当w(H6P2W18O62.nH2O)=4.2%(以环己醇质量计),在170~180℃反应35min,环己烯收率可达93.0%。催化剂重复使用5次后,收率仍可达到75.0%。本法是一种催化合成环己烯的简单易行的典型绿色工艺。

【Abstract】 Phosphotungstic acid with Dawson structure was prepared by hydrothermal method,and it was applied in the catalytic synthesis of cyclohexene.When the mass of the catalyst used was 4.2% of the quantity of cyclohexanol,the reaction temperature was about 170~180 ℃,and the reaction time was 35 min,the yield of cyclohexene could reach more than 93.0%.The catalyst could be reused for 5 times and the yield was still above 75.0%.It was a typical simple and practical new "green" route to the synthesis of cyclohexene.
