分子印迹技术与固相微萃取技术的联用

【摘要】 固相微萃取是一项新颖的样品前处理技术,分子印迹技术是一种制备具有分子识别能力材料的新兴技术。将两项技术相联用,即将分子印迹聚合物作为固相微萃取的涂层材料,具有良好的应用前景。它既具有固相微萃取高效萃取的优点,又具有分子印迹聚合物所具有的强大的分子识别能力。综述了分子印迹技术与固相微萃取技术相联用的研究进展。

【Abstract】 Solid phase microextration is a novel sample preparation technique.Molecularly imprinted technique is a technique to prepare molecular recognition materials. The combination of molecularly imprinted technique and solid phase microextration has found potential applications.Using molecularly imprinted polymers as the material of solid phase microextraction fiber coating,we can not only have high efficient extraction of solid phase microextraction but also the unique ability of molecular recognition of molecularly imprinted polymers.The recent progress of molecularly imprinted technique coupled with solid phase microextration was reviewed.
