酸性离子液体催化合成9-芳基-2,3,4,5,6,7-六氢-2H-氧杂蒽-1,8-二酮
Facile synthesis of 9-aryl-2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-2H-xanthene-1,8-dione promoted by acidic ionic liquids
【摘要】 报道了酸性离子液体1-(3-磺酸)-丙基-3-甲基咪唑磷酸二氢盐([HSO3(CH2)3mim]H2PO4)能有效促进1,3-环己二酮和芳香醛的缩合反应,生成标题化合物。反应具有环境友好、操作简单、速度快、产率高、离子液体可回收使用等优点,反应中酸性离子液体能同时起到催化剂和溶剂的双重作用。
【Abstract】 An efficient and convenient approach to the synthesis of 9-aryl-2,3,4,5,6,7-hexahydro-2H-xanthene-1,8-dione by condensation of 1,3-cyclohexanedione with aromatic aldehydes catalyzed by the acid ionic liquid([HSO3(CH2)3mim]H2PO4) is described.This method showed many advantages such as being environmentally benign,simple work-up,short reaction time,good to excellent yield of product with high purity,and the reusability of ionic liquids.The ionic liquid plays a dual role as the solvent and catalyst in this reaction.
