【摘要】 以环氧氯丙烷,月桂酸为原料合成月桂酸丙(2-羟基-3-氯)酯中间体(CHPL),再与四甲基乙二胺进一步反应合成标题化合物(CEGS)。研究了反应时间、反应温度和反应物投料物质的量比对CEGS收率的影响,确定合成目标产物的最佳反应条件为异丙醇作反应介质,中间体CHPL与四甲基乙二胺(TMED)的物质的量比为2.2∶1,异丙醇的回流温度下反应30 h,回收率82.2%。终产物结构通过IR和1HNMR分析得到证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cationic esterquart gemini surfactant(CEGS) was prepared by using epichlorohydrin,lauric acid and tetramethyl ethylene diamine(TMED) as starting materials.The effects of reaction time,reaction temperature and the material dosage on the yield of product CEGS were studied.The results showed that the yield of CEGS was 82.2% using 2-propanol as the reaction medium,the molar ratio of n(CHLP)∶n(TMED) was 2.2∶1,the reaction temperature was the reflux temperature of 2-propanol and the reaction time was 30 h.The chemical structure of the product was identified by IR and 1HNMR spectrometry.更多还原
