【Abstract】 A novel methodology for preparing O8,5′-cyclopurine nucleoside analogues in one step under microwave irradiation was reported.This methodology employed iodine,which mediated the cyclization from the 5′O-hydroxyl group of sugar ring and C-8 at the position of the purine base and the reaction was brought to completion in 15～25 min under microwave irradiation.更多还原
