2-氨基-4-硝基酚应用于水溶液中阴离子识别的研究
Study on anion recognition property of 2-amino-4-nitrophenol in water
【摘要】 应用紫外-可见吸收光谱滴定法研究了水溶性受体2-氨基-4-硝基酚与无机盐阴离子的识别作用。结果表明,在水溶液中2-氨基-4-硝基酚可以裸眼检测表面活性剂十二烷基苯磺酸钠,溶液由黄色变成橘红色,其他的阴离子如F-、Cl-、Br-、I-、SO42-、NO3-及ClO4-等则未引起明显的光谱及溶液颜色变化。同时还考察了对硝基酚和间硝基苯胺对相应阴离子的识别作用,发现在水溶液中间硝基苯胺对十二烷基苯磺酸钠几乎没有识别作用,对硝基酚虽然对十二烷基苯磺酸钠有识别,但其灵敏度却远小于2-氨基-4-硝基酚,因此我们认为2-氨基-4-硝基酚对十二烷基苯磺酸钠的选择性识别是酚羟基和邻位氨基协同作用的结果。
【Abstract】 The binding properties of the water-soluble receptor 2-amino-4-nitrophenol with inorganic anions in water were examined by UV-Vis.A clear color change was observed from yellow to orange upon addition of sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate to the solution of the receptor in water,which was perceptible to recognition by naked eye.However,no obvious color changes were observed on addition of other inorganic salts such as NaF,NaCl,NaBr,NaI,Na2SO4,NaNO3 and NaClO4.At the same time,the examination of the binding properties of p-nitrophenol and m-nitroaniline with inorganic anions showed that m-nitroaniline almost had no binding ability with sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate,the binding ability of p-nitrophenol was also greatly weakened compared to 2-amino-4-nitrophenol.Thus it was recognized that 2-amion-4-nitrophenol exhibited selective recognition for sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate because of the joint action of hydroxy and amino groups.
