氟硅防污闪涂料的研制
Development of Fluoro-Silicone Anti-Pollution Flashover Coating
【摘要】 研究合成了一种含氟丙烯酸酯树脂,以其与室温固化硅橡胶组成成膜物,辅以各种助剂及填料,制备得到氟硅防污闪涂料,并且讨论了影响该涂料性能的主要因素。检测结果表明:该涂料各项性能指标均达到或优于国家标准对该类产品的要求,且涂料的主要力学性能有明显提高。
【Abstract】 A fluorinated acrylate resin was synthesized to form a film forming substance with room temperature vulcanizing (RTV) silicon rubber. Then a fluoro-silicone anti-pollution flashover coating was prepared based on this substance with some additives and fillers added. Key influencing factors on properties of the coating were discussed. Testing results indicated that performance indexes of the coating reached or exceeded the national standard compared with products of the same kind. Its major mechanical properties were evidently improved.
