制备条件对磷酸铁锂电化学性能的影响
Effects of Experiment Conditions on Electrochemical Performance of Lithium Iron Phospho-Olivine
【摘要】 采用辅助微波加热的方法,制得了粒子较细、粒径分布窄的LiFePO4/C化合物。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)对所得样品的晶体结构、表面形貌和粒径分布进行了分析研究。试验表明,采用该反应方法有利于控制产物的形貌和粒径。用LiFePO4/C作正极材料进行了电池的充放电和循环伏安测试,结果显示,材料中锂离子的充放电平台相对锂电极电位为3.5 V左右,首次放电量为151 mA.h/g,表现出了良好的循环性能和高倍率性能。
【Abstract】 The fine-particle electroactive material LiFePO4/C was synthesized by microwave heating,and the samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction,SEM and TEM.The reaction conditions was favored for offering some control of the product morphology and particle size.The results of charge-discharge test and cyclic voltammetry of LiFePO4/C showed a lithium insertion plateau was around 3.5 V vs Li, with a specific capacity of 151 mA·h/g.Excellent electrochemical reversibility and cycling stability were achieved.
