Ni-Ti合金中Ni表观活化能的测定
Determination of Ni apparent activation energy in Ni-Ti shape memory alloy
【摘要】 对活化能的理论机理进行了推导,在氧化性溶液中进行了Ni-Ti合金浸泡试验,通过ICP分析出溶液中浸出Ni的溶解量,根据阿伦尼乌斯方程拟合曲线得出Ni-Ti合金中Ni的活化能为E= 37.48 kJ/mol。结果表明,Ni的溶解由表面化学反应及原子扩散混合控制。
【Abstract】 The theoretical mechanism of activation energy is deduced.The test for immersion Ni-Ti shape memory alloy is carried out in oxidizing solution.The Ni dissolved quantity is analysized by ICP.According to arrhenius formula fitting curve, it is concluded that activation energy of Ni is 37.48 kJ/mol.The resuit shows that the dissolved quantity of Ni is mixed controlled by surface chemical reaction and atoms diffusion.
