硝基苯废水的催化超临界水氧化分解的实验研究
Decomposition of nitrobenzene wastewater by catalytic supercritical water oxidation
【摘要】 采用V2O5作为催化剂,以过量的H2O2作为氧化剂进行了380、400、420℃3个温度的超临界水氧化分解处理硝基苯的实验研究。随着温度升高,硝基苯和COD去除率速度快速增加,在420℃时只需45min,硝基苯和COD的去除率都可达到99%以上。而380、400℃时使硝基苯和COD去除率达到99%,所需时间分别为90和75min。在硝基苯的氧化分解历程中,其主要经历了先被氧化分解为苯的中间过程,然后再被完全氧化为CO2和H2O。
【Abstract】 Nitrobenzene is decomposed by V2O5 catalytic supercritical water oxidation with excess H2O2 oxidant under 380,400 and 420℃.With increasing temperature,decomposition of nitrobenzene and COD increases.At the temperature of 420℃,it is only 45min to obtain 99% decomposition of nitrobenzene and COD,whereas,as for the temperatures of 380 and 400℃,they need 90 and 75 min respectively.The possible main mechanism of nitrobenzene decomposition has transition of benzene,and then benzene is decomposed to CO2 and H2O.
