【Abstract】 A new method for the determination of iodine was proposed based on the fading reaction of Malachite green in the medium of diluted hydrochloric acid.The fading degree of Malachite green was found to be proportional to the amount of I-.The linear rangeis is 0.5~5.0mg·L-1 and the detecion limit is 0.3mg·L-1.This method was used for the determination of iodine in table salt with satisfactory results.更多还原
